Highgrove Easycare Range
Too many special needs baths are practical for the bather without being the same for the carer. Bathing needs to be safe for both the bather and the carer, with the Height adjustable Highgrove Easycare bath range everyone can rest assured that bathing will be safe and practical by eliminating the need for manual lifting. The Highgrove Easycare range is ideal for situations where carers differ in height and need the bath to adjust up or down accordingly. The Highgrove Easycare bath is raised and lowered eliminating the need for a carer to bend, kneel or stretch to provide assistance to the bather. It is ideal for homes with multi-use bathers that may require carer assistance when bathing.
The Highgrove Easycare comes with a number of different options to suit different bathing needs:
Option 1: Highgrove Easycare Basic
Height adjustable bath, which can incorporate a manual hoist underneath.
Option 2: Highgrove Easycare
Height adjustable bath, complete with powered traverse integral seat. Bathers can safely and easily be transferred from a wheelchair to the bath in total comfort by the use of the powered seat. The seat can be lowered outside the bath, facilitating the easy transfer of the bather from wheelchair to seat. The seat is then raised to the rim height of the bath before lowering the bather into the bath, once the seat is lowered into the bath, the bath can then be raised to the optimum level for the carers.
Option 3: Highgrove Easycare Platform
Height adjustable bath, complete with integral platform. Bathers can safely and easily be transferred from either a free standing hoist or a ceiling hoist onto the platform and then the bath can then be raised to the optimum level for the carers working height.
